We have smoothies almost every single morning. Sometimes we have them as a pre-breakfast to scoot away the fussies as I make a full breakfast. Sometimes they just add to breakfast. Sometimes, I add more protein and some sort of leftovers and call it good. But, I don’t want to just have fruit + coconut milk. I want to take advantage of smoothies being great for “sneaking in” super foods. I want to add protein to make them more filling, a variety of fruits, supplements, vegetables, ect.
