Super Easy Homemade Ketchup (Refined Sugar Free)

Super Easy Ketchup Recipe- Stir everything together and you have a ketchup that is healthier then the store bought version and tastes even better. | WorthCooking.net

What do chicken nuggets, fries, tater tots, and hamburger’s have in common?

They are all vehicles for ketchup.

While I might have outgrown that opinion I had in my younger years, I still love ketchup. Many things just are not right without it.

Since we can not have corn (not that I would want high fructose corn syrup) I am relieved to know just how easy it is to make homemade ketchup. There are many recipes out there, this is my super duper easy one. All it takes is stirring together a few ingredients. The result is a much healthier, and yet tastier, version to store bought ketchup.

Everyone of your recipes that I have tried I absolutely love. I change them around a little bit. I don’t use honey, instead I use Xylitol or stevia. Honey is to sweet for me. I only use grain-free flours in my baking. I found a place not far from where I live in Pa. where I can buy bulk almond meal, and bulk pecan meal at excellent prices. I purchased the “Nutri-Bullet” and use it to pulverize all my nuts down to a powder. I highly recommend it to anyone who juices. Everything you put in the nutria bullet pulverized down to the call wall of the fruit and veggies too. I even add a small piece of garlic and ginger root to spinach, carrots a little water and maybe a few strawberries. All my raw ingredients I use are 100% organic. Why put things into your wonderfully made body that is not organic.
